While I didn't buy my Honda at your dealership (the model and trim I wanted was not on the horizon in your orders) Jessica treated me like a VIP. Great service. Unlike the dealership where I bought my car earlier this year; they treated me like an intruder. Very odd. Their sales department was every bit as good as your, but their service department was awful.
Communication was excellent and Jessica made sure that I was aware of the services being provided. Even the time estimate was great.
I will certainly continue to trust Norm Reeves Vista with the care of the family vehicle.

Ryan is doing his best to make things right . I’m waiting for parts replacement for rat damage to the engine and the fire wall insulation. For what I paid for this car, I fully expect that the damage to the wiring and the firewall be replaced.
