The only problem I had with the service was the conflicting information I received about the time required for the service. This cost me an extra tank of gas because I had to return a second time. This was not the fault of Mr. Arellano, but he did bear the brunt of my frustration.

He is the best. I had a B1 pop up on my car screen and he made the whole thing short and asked if I just wanted an oil change or just the B1 fixed and decided to do both. He was super friendly and I have two yellow boxes checked and he said once the notice pops up again to bring it back to the dealer.
