It's very rare these days that anybody gives you their attention and really listens to you. Jessica really listened to me when I did not agree with the diagnosis of my car problem. She went the extra mile after hearing my concerns and checked with a lead service technician after the first technician told her I had a bad battery. Because she did this, the lead technician was able to identify the problem wasn't a bad battery, it was a computer problem and I did not need to replace my 4 week old battery like the original technician concluded.
Because of her and that lead technician, my car is fixed and I can drive my little ones around without my car stalling in intersections.
I am so thankful for her attentiveness, her kindness and her listening ear. She's a gem and I feel very confident in this Honda location because of her. Thank you Jessica!
