Omar Atilano once again delivered a very satisfactory experience for us on our last visit at Vista Honda. We always rely on his suggestions regarding the maintenance of our Honda- CRV. Although we are financially challenged to proceed with the major repairs and maintenance, he always make sure to explain the priority service jobs that need to be undertaken.
We will always return to Vista Honda for all our service needs and will always look for Omar due to his great customer service skills and knowledge about car maintenance.

Ernesto Arellano has my highest regards in terms of customer service, satisfaction, and overall just making sure I was taken care of. Upon arriving to the dealership he greeted me and let me know they were running behind and personally offered to take me home in case I couldn’t stay. He constantly communicated with me keeping me in the loop on my vehicle status and approximately when it would be ready. Had an 830 appointment and did not hear the results of a multi point inspection until around 10:42. By then I had casually gone to curbside for some breakfast thinking my car would be ready shortly after I returned. I ended up getting a Lyft home. Then my son drove me back and was involved in an accident on the way to the dealer. If multipoint was offered earlier I could have authorized the new tires earlier and maybe all could have been avoided. Only complaint is the length of time on the results of the multipoint inspection. Service manager Jessica was good to go.
