I was disappointed that my car was not finished when promised. Also they did not seem knowledgeable about the audio WiFi code entry and couldn’t help me program it correctly. On the positive note, my service person came in on his day off to finish my car the next morning and Christian took $100.00 off my bill to meet the promised billing cost.

I'll start by saying, generally, Jessica is awesome! She provided excellent customer service by answering the many questions i had and went into great detail on some of them, which i appreciated. And i had quite a few follow-up questions re: justification for specific services, etc., and she was very patient, accommodating and encouraged me to ask anything along the way - nice! Also, she did not try to answer something she wasn't specifically aware of and she brought in the technician on one of them - really good service, i'd say, to accommodate a single customer! All that to say that all the work performed and inquired on was to my satisfaction - i will definitely be back for follow-on service. With folks like Jessica interfacing with the customers, Norm Reeves Service Dept. business is indeed secure!
