I'm satisfied overall. The only thing I wasn't satisfied was when I had to wait another 20 minutes or so after I paid the services and got the paperwork. I had to tell the Advisor my car was still in the shop. He went to the shop and after a few minutes, he drove my car around to test it after the fuel system treatment.

Richard was great. I went in and he understood what was happening and said he would take care of it and his professionalism put my mind at ease. I have an issue with the detailer that cleaned the carpet they only did what was told and didn't point out more mold that was there.
I now realize the seat wasn't taken out so the carpet under the seat was not cleaned,shows white from mold still around the sides.
