Suspension parts replaced and fluids changed. Ride much improved, don't need struts yet.

My only complaint is that my car was finished and no one told me it was ready. They knew I was there in the waiting room, waiting for my car. He went to lunch and the ball got dropped. Finally after an hour and a half, I went to complain and found that my keys were sitting on his table and nobody I thought to tell me my car was finished! There should be better communication if an associate goes to lunch.
