My appointment was at 10:40am for just a wheel alignment and I was told it would take about 2 hrs for the service to be completed. I told my service advisor that I would be waiting for my car there, I was never given any updates so after 3 hours of waiting I checked on my car and they said it would still be 30 mins longer but it actually took over an hour . I finally walked out of there at 2:30pm. Very dissatisfied with my service experience!!

I just want to say that I was very pleased with earnesto. I didn’t have an appt and I had driven up from San Diego and I saw how short handed you were and when he said I needed an appt I was upset. So Ernesto said he would see what he could do. Lucky for me the gentleman who worked on my car ,gave up his lunch to get my car done. Kudos to earnesto and the man who got my car done.

He just disappeared and no one picked up his job. I heard later he had covid but i also know he was in the shop the day i left a message asking what was happening and never got a reply. Also when i finally did hear my car was done, after having to call again myself, four days after it was supposed to be done, he never put in the system that he met with my insurance agent who agreed to pay for the service.
