cheerful emergency service right away on a possible dead battery, 4 o'clock on Friday. Needed a jump start to get to the dealer. Jessica looked up my numbers, took my keys, the battery tested good, so no need to use the coupon I just got in the mail the day before for a free battery check and $25 discount if a new battery was needed. I will save it. All OK and I was out by 5 o'clock as promised.

I think technical work completed professionally but need to take care of keeping car clean from inside from black stains on doors and floor mats, I would advice to use paper mat on floor and ensure hands are clean while operating car inside.

Was told it would be done by 2pm. Then upon arrival Sat. Morning was told it would be done around 4pm. Then at 2pm was told it wouldn’t be done until late Monday afternoon! Finally, I got a text at 4:45pm Sat, after you were closed!, telling me it was done. Arghhh!
As a result I can’t get there to pick up my pretty new car until St. when I return from working in LA. Very frustrated and very unhappy! So I’m stuck driving my ugly old Honda this week and have to leave my pretty new car at the dealership or arrange for my Mom to go pick it up fir me.
Although Omar was charming and pleasant, This didn’t go well!
Since I’d already paid for the work the least your staff could have done is CALLED me and had someone wait there Saturday evening to give me my car. But when I called the recording said “sorry, we’re closed.” Very frustrating!!!
