Very personable, professional, said about hour and a half and it was done 10 minutes early… wow what a team on the same page for the task at hand! He also showed me a few things about my cars features I didn’t know. Remote start, windows all down at the press if my key faub. He also turned me on to the door runners that glow blue . Nice upsale and i was excited about it, pretty cool. Also thats good revenue for the superstore! Team players all thru the service dept. Management is lucky to have them motivated like that. I also noticed conversations in the area were all work related, that is refreshing to see and hear. I love this location and will continue to drive from Murrieta for my ICE BABY (Accord 2.0T Touring pearl white) ! Best csr i ever had… love love love my car! Thanks everyone!!!
