Ernesto has helped before. He's a cool guy and I appreciate him. It's important my front driver seat doesnt get moved. (I have my reasons) He always makes sure it is taken care of. I love it!

I was given 2 free oil changes by you service managers because your techs said they had rotated my tires and had not. I had marked my tires and showed both service managers to which they agreed and both gave me a free oil changes. The reason I got two was it happened on two different occasions. I did get a free oil change on this service but was told the other one would not be honored. So my thoughts are to start taking my business elsewhere.

Felt over charged. Honda is aware of the problem with the odessy vans due to the extended warranty but unfortunately Im still paying a lot for an ongoing problem that’s a manufactured issue. If my engine light doesn’t come on by Jan 31 the end of the warranty they said I’m on my own. Not supported by Honda to resolve issue even though they know problem.

I was pleased with the overall service.only bummed because everything went wrong at home this same week, a/c unit went out (expensive), sink/tube drains got plugged. ???? Situation happened, but that's over, tow truck driver was a no show on Monday! But next year will be better!
