This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY service center. The customer service, COMMUNICATION and integrity were terrible. Zero accountability. I would never expect this from a HONDA service center!

I am very disappointed in your service technician last time when I took my car for oil change the technician forgot to put the cap engine on the engine sparkler oil over the hood and engine,the technician not even bother to clean it up,it's take me me 20 minutes to clean it up,this time,I do bring my own oil,so after your technician change the oil he left the extra oil bottle with open cap on the seat which end up oil spell to the seat and now the seat has 2 Unlikable Circle,and I am very sad about it,not appreciate damaged my car seat, luckily, I had cover seat on the seat. Otherwise, the damage will be severe.

Omar Atilano has always been so friendly, professional, and is one of the best service department employees I’ve ever worked with. This spans fifty years of owning cars from Honda, Ford, & Nissan. The communication provided by Ernesto AND Josue during the repair process was excellent. Ernesto kept me informed all along the way of a pretty extensive service appointment that was spread over two days. On his day off, he passed the job onto Josue and he delivered the same excellent communication. Kudos to those two and the mechanic(s) that assisted in the completion of the service.
