I didn't like the hard sell on every possible recommended service at 2 years at ONLY 14k miles. I rarely drive my car. If i was sold a good vehicle that really seems unnecessary. Felt like I was attacked by vultures in the service department when I just wanted an oil change. I guess that's part of your sales strategy when not offering any kind of routine maintenance. Constant texts following a hard sell by service rep on drop off. Also. Immediately contacted about selling my vehicle. Which i actually considered to buy a Toyota. We go to Escondido Toyota for my wife's car and I truly regret not buying a Rav4 from them...
