Sway bar became loose and instead of replacing it, the solution to the dealership was to retighten it. I am very concerned that there might have need damage that will show up later. I thought it should have been replaced.

Overall poor service. Very dissatisfied. Upon arrival, I had to show one of the car mechanics where the mileage reading was at in my car. I came in for an oil change and diagnostic test to see what was wrong with my vehicle. I was told the price of the diagnostic test would be applied to any services listed on the quote that I chose to move forward with. After speaking with Ernesto on Monday, he informed me that we needed to have the transmission oil changed and that the cost of the diagnostic could be applied to this service along with any other vehicle issues we decided to have fixed. Considering that I plan to sell this car soon, I did not want to put tons of money into fixing it. However, I did tell him to go forward with changing the transmission oil as he assured me that the cost of the service would be covered under the amount paid toward diagnostic testing. To my surprise, when I came to pick up my vehicle… the charge was NOT included under the diagnostic bringing my total over $100 more than what we had discussed. I tried to be very cordial with Earnesto reminding him of the conversation we had over the phone and all he had to say was “we didn’t talk yesterday”. I said “my apologies, I meant the day before”. He refused to make things right and admit that he had made a mistake. He was very rude and told me that I had no option but to pay the extra money that HE told me would be covered. Had I known it was an additional charge I never would have gone through with the service.
Not to mention that the electronic oil gauge was not reset in my car after the service, nor did they place a sticker on the windshield telling me when my next oil change service should be. Overall very poor customer service. I hope the company is willing to make things right.
