I was told the maintenance service would take 2 hrs. So I decided to go to the waiting room. It actually took 4hrs and Jesse never took the time to go tell me it was going to take longer than 2 hrs otherwise I could have ask for a ride home. Also, he never offered me a snack or water. Another Honda representative did offer his customer a snack and didn’t even look around to offer us who were in the waiting room.
