My appointment was 8:40 am, but when I arrived, they said the alarm guy comes in at 9 or 9:30. Why was I asked to come in so early? The attendant said he’d call a lift to drive me home. After 34 minutes, still no Lyft. I asked again, and finally a car arrived 15 minutes later.
