I scheduled an oil change at this Honda location because I wanted an estimate on some cosmetic bodywork/paint issues as well. I explained this during the phone call when I made the appointment and it was noted in the notes when I arrived to drop my car off. Upon meeting with the service associate, I was advised that they do not do bodywork at this location & would not be able to give me an estimate. Why was I not informed of this when making the appointment over the phone? I would not have selected this location for my oil change but rather one that could’ve accomplished both goals. Additionally, I asked multiple times to 2 different people to be contacted on my cell phone for texts/when my service was complete, I even specifically asked that my phone number be noted as the primary contact for communication. Despite discussing this multiple times, my husband was texted and called for all notifications regarding the car during his work day and had to relay the messages to me.

Jessica provided top service from start to finish. She took the time to review my previous service record from a previous Honda service center and worked closely with me to determine my current service needs. She patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. She made sure my aero was completed in the timeframe I needed and did a great job communicating with me about the status of my car. Jessica was very friendly while completely competent.
