It was a pleasure to work with Jessica. She was extremely helpful and professional helping me deal with my unusual car situation. My service was done on a very speedy manner. Jessica arranged for my rental care and made the experience a very pleasant one. She kept me informed every step of the way. This is my third Honda and I have always gotten excellent service, but Jessica was head and shoulders above the rest. As a resident of San José I always have my service performed there. I may have to rethink that.
