Jesse Herrera, was great. His customer service skill is admirable.
Jesse took my car and cleaned the passenger seat himself.
The technician did a good job diagnosing and repairing my CRV.
The problem: Technician carelessly inspected smeared grease on the front passenger seat.
When I arrived at home I spent a half hour cleaning grease from my driver’s seat, drivers side door jamb snd sill.
