I brought the car in for maintenance. Oil change, etc. I refused tire rotation due to it having been done 2 months ago. I was given no other choices on maintenance issues.....until the post maintenance review. I was told the transmission fluid should be changed at 30,000 miles (it has only 16000 miles) OR 3 years (that was LAST October). The excuse for not giving me the option while there???? "We promised your car by 1:20 (it was only 1:05). Now another trip to the service department, another wasted hou. If this had been my first problem with this service department, or with this car, I might overlook it. BUT the car has been a pain since purchase, the service department full of excuses, the apologies less than sincere. I hate the car, I have NO faith in Honda and it's reliability.
