I was so relieved to hear that my newly purchased certified car would be repaired after I took it home and noticed a dent with rust on the roof. But my relief turned to disappointment after seeing the quality of the repair when I received it. On top of that, it was returned to me with stains on the freshly detailed light interior. So unfortunately I am not satisfied with the service experience I received today.

But somewhere along the line, my concerns about my AC didn’t register, and it took an additional day to get my car back (once they realized the AC needed to be done) which was a bit of an inconvenience. I didn’t expect to be without my car for over 2 days. Other than that everything went well.
