Ernesto was the consummate professional handling the service work on our CR-V. Your dealership is lucky to have such a great customer service professional. He checked me in quickly and went over what I was expecting to happen. He then gave me a quick tour of the waiting area (my first time at your dealership).
He kept me informed of the progress on my service work and had me out in about 1 1/2 hours with an oil change, new battery, complete vehicle inspection and a short list of recommended future work.

Refused to fix the warranty extended compressor due to “safety concerns” with me electing not to pay for the evaporator issue that was caused by the faulty condenser and compressor. Honda’s negligence in addressing the ENTIRE AC system is a complete failure of customer service and blatant disregard for their customers well beings and will surely be my last Honda vehicle. I have already submitted complaints to the NHTSA, BBB, and Attorney General.
I want to clarify my issue is with HONDA and not with any associate or person specifically at the Norm Reeves location as this is not their fault
