I think that it is important that your staff have a way to hand off vital information whenever they leave their shift. I appreciate that I was given a rental car while my car was being serviced. I think Honda made a big mistake by sending a car out that has a computer problem that was probably known which is a big inconvenience for me as a customer. I will continue to go to your location for all my service overall give you better than 80% I just have some concerns
