I did not know that engine and cabin filter replacement included a $29 labor charge for each. $58 labor charge for $70 of simple filter parts replacement is gouging in my opinion. Disappointed. Will do myself next time.

Customer service was not very friendly and certainly not good at communicating the status of the car. It was dropped off on a Thursday told it would be done Friday it wasn’t and I had to call to find out. Was told it would be done Saturday, it wasn’t. Asked on Monday said he needed to speak to manager to find out why and when, no response to that statement. I reached out today to ask about the car much later received a text that it was completed. Very disappointing
