From the time I pulled into the service line (two cars ahead of me- one appointment, one express service) I waited for 25 minutes for the service coordinator to take me inside. That seems a long time to wait when I had an appointment. Seemed understaffed and no one seemed to be moving very quickly.

The reason I was not completely satisfied was, when I made the appointment to have my vehicle serviced and to buy new tires I asked for the total price of everything and I was told the total would be $1,166.00 but when I came in the service advisor said it would cost close to $1,250.00 even after the 15 percent discount and reason why is they forgot to add the tire balance and wheel alignment into the total.

Josue was great to work with he was very friendly, professional, he listened to my concerns and provided me with frequent updates on what was going on with my car.
