Cassandra was incredibly rude and was actually talking poorly about me to her coworker thinking i wouldn’t hear her. I specified that I was only able to afford an oil change and she still insisted on offering me other suggestions. I would have love to have gotten them all done had i had the money but instead she decided to humiliate a customer to her coworker just for the benefit of her own ego, not to mention she wears fake cartier bracelets thinking that it makes her better than everyone else
