I am taking the time to leave a comment only because Jessica Johnson is an outstanding worker, she has always been very nice and makes me feel welcomed. Last time a previous worker looked annoyed and upset because of my questions and I just did not want to take the survey for him. All the other workers should follow Jessicas work ethics. She rocks!

Jesse was extremely helpful and friendly but your prices are wildly overpriced. I sent your assessment to multiple friends (several in the industry) and ALL jaws dropped. I get the up-sell, but y’all need to be cognizant of your customers ability to look things up on the internet and then value the cost of labor as well. Wouldn’t it be nicer if we lived in a time where we could trust that our home dealer who wants to retain our business had our best interest in mind? That was NOT evident here.
