Service writer Armando doesn’t listen. I came in complaining about all warning lights went off the prior day. I have overdue service 1,2 and 5 and all he did was promote an oil change. I had to repeat 3 times that I want 1 of the overdue major services done today. I think I had the #5 done but received no vehicle inspection report to make me feel everything was checked. I would like a callback from the service manager regarding this matter. In usually get great service here. This visit was concerning and lousy at best

I shouldn’t have had to bring my car back for service that should’ve been taken care of initially. I gave Nathan Bagnol a clear description of what I wanted done. (Unfortunately I gave him a good review before inspecting the car after it was serviced on) So having the car brought back, I explained to Mark what should’ve been done. He was helpful by taking me to the car as it was about to be serviced on & I pointed out what I wanted & he gave me approximate pricing & I said ok. I went back to the waiting room & after awhile decided to check on my car & saw it parked & ready for pickup which Mark failed to notify me. I asked Mark why I wasn’t called & he apologized & said that he needed to catch up with some paper work. I did not appreciate that as my time is very valuable & I had a meeting to go to. That is NOT acceptable! Priorities is absolutely needed here!
