Always a pleasure to see Mitch (and Nate) when I have to bring my vehicle in for service. I met Mitch when he was a Valet Rep and he is now a Servicd Advisor which is good to see.
He was knowledgeable about my vehicle and the maintenance service interval that I required and was quick to look at the service history/information to verify what I did and did not need.
He promptly called me to let me know that my vehicle was done and him and Nate went over my service informatiom to see the state of my vehicle via the report. I rely on the Red Amber Green (RAG) rating in the report for awareness.

Arbenz was very professional and explained everything very clearly. He followed up with phone calls updating me about a nail puncture in a tire that could be patched, and an issue with the battery. He explained the pros about replacing the battery but was clear it wasn't essential during this service. I had the battery replaced and he provided a detailed explanation about the battery guarantee. His attention to detail was A+ and exceptional.
