Mitch was Awesome!!!! And so was Armando. However on Tuesday when Mitch was not scheduled to work, Matt did not follow through and aid me as he should have. Moreover, I called many times and he intentionally ignored my call. Little did the team know, I physically drove to Irvine site and watched everyone's actions. Very disappointed with Matthew's professionalism but so glad Mitch came back Wednesday to assist. FYSA, Matt walks around quite a bit and talks to other service advisors about non work related things. Witnessed it Tuesday and again Wednesday about 12:15PM. Most certainly not familiar with Norm Reeves culture. Thank God for Mitch and Armando.

I had an 11.00am appointment. I arrived at 10.40am but my minivan service was not completed until 2.15pm. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change? Mitchel Akers the service advisor was very good and I’m sure the work completed was excellent. But 2 1/2 hours for 30 minutes of work makes no sense. What’s the point of appointments if the timing means nothing. My next oil change will be a drive through where I can be in and out in less than 30 mins.

I didn't like that I arrived early 6:50am for my 7am appt. But didn't leave until 11:06 that's way to long for an oil change, tire rotation and new coolant. In the past when Diego was still employed not sure when he left.
I would only wait maybe 2.5 but on average 2hrs so the long slow wait time was the killer.
