I wanted oil change only. I had the same service done on 6/21 at NormReeves Honda for $57.20. I was quoted the same price when I got appointment for 11/17/21. Kevin M. Charged me extra $25 for labor to rotate tires that he recommended to replace all ASAP because they are completely gone.I was very disappointed, because that was very dishonest. I am going to dispute the charges that was unfair & make sure not to work with Kevin anymore. My previous service was with Mathew Garrett & I felt he was honest & reliable.

Was disappointed that when I arrived to my appointment I was told that my car already had the repel service done on the day I bought it. The sales people told me I had to make this appointment, also the person who made my appointment missed it as well. Wish they would have advised me before I arranged childcare and had to get rides to and from. The service team was great though, I don’t believe this was their error, it should have been caught before hand.
