Well for starters Nate was awesome but this is my 2 time leaving my car there just about all day and still have not completed all the work that was due when I purchased the car on 10/25/21. Also I was told by another advisor that my all my work was completed the last time I left the car on 11/3/21 but it wasn’t and now I have to schedule another appointment to get the reminder (door protector film done). Not sure where the disconnect is but very frustrating that when I bought the car they said I would have all the extra add on done before I left and it wasn’t. I feel like I was miss lead and should have just told me that it wouldn’t be all done “that” day, because that would have changed what add on I would have selected. How can I leave a positive review if this was not completely done and I had to follow back up just to some answers after my last visit on 11/3/21.
