Arbenz was courteous & explained things in a non-condescending manner. As far the satisfaction with Honda’s vague warranty, that is yet to be determined but overall, Arbenz provided me with excellent service & followed up with a phone call as promised. The service was well done.
The pick up of my vehicle was not done so well. I received a txt msg at 10 am that my was ready for pick-up. I rescheduled my noon time calls and meetings to come down and pick up my car. When arrived, your Service Dept was closed from 12-2. Back to my office to reschedule my mid afternoon and try again. Mark Farrugia had to try 4 times to schedule a Lift pick-up for me to be taken back to your service center. On the fifth attempt I was picked up and dropped off. Car was ready, paperwork was in order and things went smoothly. A quick notice is all it would taken to keep this from happening.
