To me Armando tried to add a tire rotation to my service. I have always declined but today my wife dropped off the car. He was not clear when checking in the car. She was under the impression that a tire rotation was part of the oil change for $79.99 and she had to pay that amount. We called back and removed it and only did the oil change.
Apparently it was mistakenly added when I called in the appt.
