Possibly one of the WORST experiences in recent memory. Mitch demonstrated the fact that HE DOES BOT LISTEN and only goes for the “big ticket items” aka “very expensive”. He should be terminated immediately. I will NEVER bring my car back to Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine, even though I live in Irvine and grew up here. If I said I was disappointed with today’s experience, it would be a COMPLETE UNDERSTATEMENT! I will take my Honda to a dealer near my work in LA and take an Uber home, even if it is a $200 ride, just to make sure I NEVER take my car back to your location. Where is Matthew Garrett?????????? That is the person I made my “appointment” with…….. So very disappointed with the treatment I received today. Fire Mitch, please.

Armando has amazing customer service, but he doesn’t take accountability for customer satisfaction. Coming from my Due Bill, none of the 2 issues were addressed; the windshield doesn’t appear to have been touched at all, and the scratches are still on the vehicle. It appears all my vehicle got was a detail, and it wasn’t even a thorough job (as there was clay residue on one of my doors, and the wheels were dirty (even though the tires were shiny). Armando told me to deal with my sales guy, and honestly it appears he’s not truly a helpful person (even though he’s slick with his customer service skills). I didn’t even get the paperwork (nor signed) upon picking up my vehicle.
