Good evening I'm disappointed on how my vehicle was handled Whoever drove my vehicle to and from the repell .department did not drive and handle my vehicle with care. I found damage under the back driver side of the vehicle, damages show my vehicle was either driven up or down a curb. Also on the driver side of the plastic trim of the front wheel there is 3 deep scratches. Also the guy who drove up my vehicle for pick up after I told him thank you he didn't respond and looked angry. I found him to be very unfriendly. I would like a call back from the service manager please. I was able to reach my sales manager Ed and told what happened because yesterday I had picked up my vehicle close to closing time so by the time I tried calling service deot was already closed. Thank you

When I called to schedule my appointment for the propack install I had gotten confirmation that I was getting window tint, mudgards, wheel locks and all season floor mats and trunk mat, all I got done was the window tint done. Armando my service agent was great he did tell me that all he got on the due bill was just the window tint. Now I don't know what happened between me making the appointment and the actual appointment that the other things got taken away from the due bill. Armando advised me to go talk to the sales manager and try to figure out what happened. I went to talk to the sales manager and after I told him that when I bought the car I was told that I would get those additional products installed he told me that the sales guy did not put that on the due bill. I told him that when I made my appointment they had confirmed with me what was going to be done to the car when I took it in. He was hesitant to give me the missing items at first because it wasn't on the due bill. After a while and me letting him know that I had to take a day off work and drive up to the dealership from San Diego he said ok that's fine you can get them but make sure you give us a good review and let them know we took care of you. I went and told Armando that the sales manager had giving me the ok to get the missing items installed. Now I did get the mudgards installed and the wheel locks put in, now I was told that it was gonna be the black ones that matched the wheels but I guess the lug nots where not black they gave me the silver ones. I still didn't get the trunk mat but at that point I was like whatever just give me my car and I'll be on my way. After inspecting the car the following day it looked like some of the window seal molding was damaged. So in short I'm satisfied with Armando my service advisor but the sales manager not to much. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by giving me what was already promised to me by sales man. I don't know why he would make it a big deal over some mudgards and wheel locks.

It took the mechanic 10 hours to find out that the belt tensioner on my 2 1/2 year old car needs to be replaced and to order it. It took him another 5 hours to replace it! Your staff is incapable to estimate the repair time correctly not to mention the mechanics that took 10 hours for a simple diagnostic and 5 hours for a job that could have been done in less than an hour - this the last time I’ll be bringing my car there.
