My brake pads were down to zero & one of the brakes were grinding the rotors. Not sure who helped me on my “prior” service call around 6 months ago. They should have told me about my brake pads being thin so that I would have the option to replace the pads. That would have saved me $120 because I wouldn’t have had to get a new rotor today.
