Arbenz was very clear, thorough and helpful. Apparently though there was not good communication with the technicians during the day. I called when it seemed to be taking hours longer than expected, and he had to go check. Close to the end of the day, I got photos but again Arbenz hadn’t been informed what they were about and had to check.
