Arbenz did an excellent job. Although I was really hoping that they'll be able to identify the problem with the engine start-stop system, they weren't able to because it's not something that can be repeatable or measured. I hope Honda will one day fix this extremely dangerous issue. It's horrible when the car won't start for 20 seconds in the middle of the road.

I just moved to the area and this was my first time taking my car in for service. I would give the service team a 10 out of 10. However, I had my wiper blades replaced and a bit after I drove off after having picked up my car I went to clean my windshield and there was no wiper fluid. The multi point inspection should have noted that and filled the wiper fluid. This makes me question whether the rest of the multi point inspection was done and even whether or not the oil change was completed.
