I just wrote to Mathieu because I cannot get my service light to go off saying I need oil and I drive passengers every day and they see that from the backseat and worry you know if my car is running well so be sure to tell me how to turn off that darn thing and it probably was because I was in a hurry when I left so and I need you please to investigate why those got so dirty envy between the last service because I always ask to have my filters changed or they always check them to see if they need changing I never scrimp on the money for those I don’t care for my tires to be messed with in my all these other things but I always want those filters checked and I really was disturbed to see those photos I’m I’m in my car 12 hours a day at least some days all week long driving or just sitting with the air conditioning on in there that air I’ve been breathing I need to find out why it wasn’t changed the last service I was there!?

This is the second service where I had Mark and that was because I was so impressed with our first interaction that I purposely retrieved the receipt from the first service to call to speak to him to schedule this service. Overall great guy! Communicates all needed or suggested maintenance and has the ability to speak to customers in a casual and friendly manner, something missing with many in the customer service field.
