Matthew Garrett is an exceptional representative of NORM REEVES Honda in every way. Consistently polite, articulate, highly gifted and exceptionally technically inclined. It seems somehow that his Manager Kevin Meacham is able by using some magical "NASA-LIKE" insight, able to assemble a team of people that have these qualities. It's so striking because it's so rare to see this in hardly any companies today. Others can be good or very good but rarely consistently stupendous. Norm Reeves is fortunate to be able t to have a staff like this.

I was extremely satisfied with my service today. My adviser Matthew was super helpful, polite and didn’t rush me. I’ve always gone to the Ocean Honda location their customer service is terrible. He wasnt pushy for me to do additional services just noticed me of what will be needed for my next service. Definitely worth driving the extra 15 minutes. Will be transitioning to this location.
