Matthew is great. The rest of the team was terrible. I had an appointment at 9:15 and when I arrived I am told the tires Matthew ordered were not there and I would have to come back tomorrow. The rep contacted Matthew and he took care of it. He did order the tires but someone else did not do their job and actually order them. I was told they would arrive that day and the work would be finished. I left for the day thinking it would be done. Later in the afternoon Matthew calls and says that it is ready. I arrive and in fact it is not ready. The alignment was not finished and it would be another hour. At this point I had to wait as my ride left. So I wait close to an hour and I check out with Mathew and I stand outside for another 15 minutes and still my car does not arrive. Matthew notices me and checks on my car and the tech felt a pull and had to redo the alignment. I appreciate very much that he didn’t give me a car that was not aligned. As you can see Matthew did everything he could. He has taken care of my car many times and he always does a great job. The rest of the service was ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never had this happen. Multiple mistakes or people neglecting to do their job properly and there are no consequences except to me as the customer. What is the point of making an appointment, which by the way, I noted that I was coming in for an oil change and new tires so that should have alerted someone I would think. Worst service I have ever had at this dealership.
