I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change. About an hour and a half after my appointment time, I was told my car's service was finished only to find out once I got home (15 miles away)that my car was confused with another and no service was done on my car. My husband had to go out of his way bring it back in this morning and was met with little apologies for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, but the customer service was very much lacking for this situation.
