I had an appointment for 12:30 for a nail in my rear tire and I didn’t get out until 3:20! Just very inconsiderate maybe I should of been told when I called the service department that they were full for repairs for the day!
Prior to this appointment I needed an oil change. I Drove in early morning they turned me away said I needed and appointment because they were busy for that day. So I had to leave and make an appointment for an oil change which I did. What kind of customer service is this!

The service appointment was to fix a defective air conditioning unit which has been an issue for last 3 years. It was explained to me that a diagnostic fee of $160 would be charged in the case that the issue wasn’t with the condensing unit -the part under warranty. It was determined that the condensing unit was leaking, but the fee was not waved. The service department claimed that because I did not opt to have the compressor fixed I had to pay the $160 fee. This is unacceptable and the $160 fee should be refunded.
