I am not coming back to this Honda for couple of reasons:
1) Inspite of having appointment, it took 3 hours for oil change and wheel alignment.
2) i had texted Nathan at 8:48 am that I need quote for paasenger seat problem. There was no reply. When I came back, i told.him again he told that texhnician will give quote. He did not mention that it will take 12:30 pm.
3) At 11:30 when I asked other texhnician ( as Nathan was not there), he told that it will be 12:30 pm.this is beyond ridiculousness.
Why do u take so many appointments when you cannot control the crowd.
