I’m a 72 yr old woman who asked to have my seatbelt replaced because the metal buckle periodically chips the paint at the bottom of the door frame. My pristine 2020 Honda Pilot has 10,700 miles. I am trying to avoid a future safety issue should the seatbelt eventually stop functioning. I was told that the issue of my seatbelt could not be proven and therefore it’s repairs were not done. I find this service response to be unacceptable and irresponsible. Mary Lou S

We scheduled pick up of our vehicle for Sunday. I paid the invoice through the link Mitchell sent. I arrived at the sales desk on Sunday to pick up my vehicle and my keys and invoice were not there. I now have to come back on Monday to pick up my vehicle. Mitchell told me if I paid my invoice he’d have my keys for me at sales for Sunday pick up.

Maintenance was performed on my car, which included a multi-point vehicle inspection. Apparently, that was not performed. My windshield washer spray was and is completely empty. I had told the service advisor about that and was told that the washer spray would be refilled; however, it was not completed. Now I wonder if your technician really conducted a multi-point vehicle inspection on my car?!

They serviced my smog equipment 2 months ago it still didn’t pass smog I had to bring it back and pay160.00 for the to reset the computer. I will do everything to keep people away from you . After I spent near $7k for service. I will never go there again.
