The car was inspected and ready with making the issue worse than it was when I brought it only to be told that the part will be available after a week. Though I could see the car for 20 mins straight and waiting for him for a good 30 mins he comes and tells let me check after I ask for an update after waiting for an hour and a half. Then unsurprisingly the car was ready with the hood made worse than it was. I’ve had bad experiences before with the waiting time before which I’ve complained. Waiting for an oil change with appointment for 4 hours. I suspect the hood problem arose at that time and they covered it up and now it’s fallen on me breaking my wallet.
