My initial advisor had told me 2 hours tops for my service, only an oil change and a tire rotation I believe. 2 hours seemed kind of crazy for a service with an appointment, but i just wanted it done. He left for the day and there was no communication my whole time there and I was never handed off to a different advisor which was frustrating. Ended up being 3 hours, came at 315 and left about 630. Alex at the end came to me and we ended up talking about the car, i enjoyed his service. Thank you Alex.
