I may be subjective but it seems that Darrell is not very nice with customers. Also it took more than 2 hours to change oil. That was the worst experience for 9 years that I have been using your service.

I took my van in for service, and they installed a relay to fix with starter issues. The relay did not fix the issue. They discovered the real problem then charged $1000 more for that. I should have been refunded for the cost of the relay.
