Worst service ever! Not ever going back. 3 hours to change the oil with an appointment, then found a large amount of oil under our car the next day. Gave back all the free oil changes we had left.
And the worst place to buy a vehicle. Had to return 4 times for them to get the paperwork correct. Close the dealership and to save face, blame it on Covid. It’s the only decent thing to do to unsuspecting customers.

I want to give a shout out to Darrell! He was very helpful, kind and professional during my entire car service experience today. He sent text and phone updates throughout the day to let me know how my vehicle was doing and when it was ready. I like coming to this particular Honda location because I have consistently had positive experiences and the service members are friendly and honest. Darrel Brannon was extremely helpful in explaining my maintenance contract coverage, etc. He was both cordial and professional. Just the right mix to explain my error where I was glad to learn and not feel like I was misled by a salesman. In addition, he walked over to a 2nd waiting area to find me when I hadn't answered 2 calls that the work was complete. I was having trouble with my cell and had no ringtone. This was on a very hot day and the 2 bldgs were on opposite sides of a large pkg lot. When I apologized, he said no problem, he was concerned that something might have happened to me. A great guy and very helpful.

Darrell was awesome! Straight forward , didn’t waste my time and helped me with my blue tooth for the CRV. However less than 24 hours later my tire pressure monitor went on.
